On September 29, 2011 Harkins Builders was awarded the 2011 ABC Chesapeake Shores Excellence in Construction and Safety Award for the construction of Victory Woods. Victory Woods is 75 units of affordable senior housing located in St. Mary’s County. It was a co-development between Osprey Property Company and Victory Housing Inc. Victory Woods had its Grand Opening in June 2011.
