Apartments will include a full kitchen, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, disposer and abundant cabinet and counter space, wall-to-wall carpeting; individual heat and AC; wiring for cable, internet and telephone. The Department of Housing Community Development awarded tax credits to the project and is providing financing; SunTrust is providing equity and the construction loan.
