The 50 unit complex is located near the town center with easy access to shops, restaurants and retail services along the Main Street corridor. Victoria Park offers quality independent living for adults 55 and over and income guidelines apply. Rents will range from the low- to mid-$600 per month for one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.
The attractive three-story wood framed building has a brick and vinyl exterior. An elevator will provide quick and easy access to spacious apartments with many amenities designed for charm, comfort and accessibility. Apartments include a full service kitchen, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, disposer and abundant cabinet and counter space.
