Osprey has partnered with the Housing Authority of St. Mary’s County to provide this affordable housing community to residents of Southern Maryland. Queen Anne Park Apartment was purchased in fall of 2016. The property consists of 102 units that will be rehabilitated in four phases of construction. The project will operate under the new name of Patuxent Crossing with a completion anticipated for May 2019.
