Osprey Property Company is excited to announce that it has received bonds and tax credits from the Maryland Department of Housing Community Development (DHCD) to redevelop Pikeswood Park Apartments located off Liberty Road in Randallstown, Maryland. This will be a mixed income community anticipated to serve residents who earn between 30% to 120% of area median income.
The 3 million dollar renovation of the existing building, built in 1979, consists of a 4 story building with 140 apartments including one and two bedroom units. Seven ADA/handicap accessible units will be constructed. Rents will average $825 per month. All units will be updated with Green energy-saving and conserving features, including new kitchens with energy star appliances, individual high efficiency heat and AC, wiring for cable, internet, and telephone. The building will also receive new windows.
Osprey has established agreements with local non-profit service providers. Habitat America will act as the Resident Service provider and advisor to coordinate resident services activities such as:

- Fitness Classes
- Nutritional Services
- Banking and Financial Services
- Health and Wellness Classes
- Educational Classes and Seminars
- Recreational Activities
- Entertainment
- Light Housekeeping
- Holiday and Event Parties
