Osprey Property Company has purchased Prospect Park Apartments located in Frederick, MD. The 120 units will be renovated, converted to market rate condominiums and renamed Jefferson Chase. A model condo became available on August 15th and the Grand Opening was held on September 30th. The entire project is expected to be completed in the summer of 2007.
