From the large dining room to the intimate parlor and sunroom, residents will enjoy gracious and living. The lounge and billiard room will provide hours of entertainment and socializing before dinner or a popular televised sporting event. The community also includes a business center, arts & crafts room, pub and outdoor patio, exercise facilities, a unisex salon and outdoor walking paths.   All interior and exterior areas of the community are accessible.

A sumptuous brunch buffet is offered on Sunday.   A private dining room may be reserved by residents for parties and special events. The professional staff will tailor a resident service program to fit the needs of residents including a on-site fitness professional and resident services coordinator. Scheduled transportation will be provided through a private bus and car service and residents will enjoy the convenience of bi-weekly linen service and light housekeeping. Our on-site maintenance staff will ensure that our residents’ homes are always maintained to the highest standards. An in-house TV channel keeps residents and guests on top of special menus and events. The wireless nurse call system, which uses a pendant, allows residents to be mobile and socialize anywhere in the building.

The community includes a variety of one bedroom, two-bedroom and two-bedroom with den apartments ranging in size from 704 to 1264 square feet with full-service monthly rents from $2,700 to $4,200.
