Fairview Center Business Park Plan Approved

Osprey Property Company is pleased to announce that the Fairview Center Business Park development plan has been approved by the Charles County Commissioners. Fairview Center will contain approximately 89,000 square feet of office and retail space on 12.83 acres at the southwest corner of Route 301 and Billingsley Road in White Plains, MD. Fairview Center will consist of a drugstore, a bank and three 3-story medical/office condominium buildings.

This site is ideally suited to serving residents as Route 301 which connects Charles County with the eastern Washington suburbs to the north and with I-95 in Virginia to the south. In addition, Billingsley Road is currently being improved as the “cross-county” connector, which is designated to be a major connection between eastern Charles County and St. Mary’s County and the Route 210 access to Washington, DC and North Virginia.

Charles County has one of Maryland’s highest median household incomes and Fairview Center will located between Waldorf and La Plata, which have seen substantial commercial and residential growth over the last two decades.

Groundbreaking is anticipated for September 2004 with delivery in the summer of 2005. In addition to Osprey, the development team consists of Ben Dyer and Associates, engineers; Bignell Watkins Hasser Architects PD, architects, Baldus Real Estate, broker.
